The Competition

Who: Intermediate and Beginner, Co-Ed Teams of 4 (MMFF)

What to Expect: All teams will compete in 3 WODs plus a floater WOD. For the final, only the top 5 teams of each division will compete. Scoring for the podium will be based on scoring across the entire day.
 
Where: Okie CrossFit (Tulsa, Oklahoma) and CrossFit Exile (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma)

When: Saturday, November 19th, 2022

Costs: $345 per team
Refund Policy: Refunds will not be offered. Substitutions are allowed up to the start of the event. In the chance you cannot find someone to fill in for you or your teammates, contact us and we may be able to help you fill that spot.

*Early Registration (your team gets competition t-shirts) - Cut off is Friday, October 28 @ midnight!
*Regular Sign up (no t-shirt) - Sunday, October 29th - Friday, November 18th (Or until we sell out of spots!)

We will send an athlete email by Wednesday evening the week of the competition with more details on the venue, parking, what's allowed inside and precautions being taken.

Divisions & Movements

Workout 1:
6 Rounds Each, 12-minute Time Cap
5 Wall Ball Shots
3 Power Cleans
1 Shoulder to Overhead
*Male 1 will complete 6 rounds, then Male 2 will complete 6 rounds, teams may switch weights for Women and then they will complete their rounds in the same way. 
Intermediate: Wall Ball Shots (20# to 10’/14# to 9’), 45# Barbell for Men and Women (115#/75#)
Beginner: Wall Ball Shots (14#/10# to 9’), 45# Barbell (75#/55#)
 
 
Workout 2:
For Time, 15-minute Time Cap
100 Deadlifts
80 Lateral Burpees Over Bar
60 Deadlifts
40 Box Jumps
20 Deadlifts
*Athletes may tag in and out of the workout however they see fit. 
Intermediate: Barbells (155#/105#), Box (24”/20”)
Beginner: Barbells (115#/85#) , Box (20”) athletes may jump or step.
